How many businesses in a US ZIP code can you actually email?
Between 13% and 19%. The rest have no address that can legitimately be obtained, and the safe sending rate turns out to be far lower than the data ceiling anyway.
Two US ZIP codes, 2,843 businesses in Austin and 1,169 in suburban Georgia, counted against live sources rather than estimated.

Why do apps get one-star reviews?
Crashes and broken features, ahead of everything else. And iOS users punish crashes close to twice as hard as Android users do, which matters if you are paying for one app and not two.
Three peer-reviewed sources: 9,902 hand-tagged one and two-star reviews across 19 cross-platform apps, 1,496 games rated for manipulative mechanics, and a player study on engagement rewards.
